Customer Service solution
With our fully featured CS (Customer Services) module, you can easily handle customer orders and queries. This web-based system allows operators to handle customer calls from any location.
Order placing, full order history, delivery tracking, account notes, account credit, cancellation and returns – everything you would expect to place new orders or investigate previous ones.
The CS system also has built-in fraud controls to allow manual approval of customer orders meeting certain criteria—all configurable by you. For example, first-time orders over a particular value or high-frequency ordering.


Business Manager Application & TV Shopping Channel Plugins
Video based selling is surging in popularity. Our original software roots stem back to TV Shopping Channels, for which our Vision:LIVE module is perfect. However, it is also perfectly suited for the next generation of TV Shopping, which is social media based.
Out the box features such as the Producer Panel, allow a TV Producer to drive a TV show and monitor sales and product basket allocations in real time. It is natively integrated with Pixel Power TV Graphics solutions, but can be expanded to suit the Broadcast Graphics package that you already have.

All payments are securely taken, and to reduce PCI-compliance requirements, we only integrate with payment gateways that offer complete Hosted Payment Page solutions. We fully utilise payment tokenisation, meaning you can repeatedly bill your customers for memberships or subscriptions or even choose to allow your customers to pay their orders in instalments.
